About the role

  • We are looking for a Specialist, Visual Merchandising, Watches & Fine Jewelry.
  • The Specialist, Visual Merchandising will oversee the coordination of all visual merchandising standards within the boutique during boutique hours and events.
  • Communicate and oversee all appropriate VM direction, animations and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with Boutique Management teams to ensure all pertinent merchandise initiatives are being supported and boutique business needs are being met.

Requirements

  • Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service deliver elevated client service to drive business results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power point) and email (e.g.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of Jewelry and timepieces, merchandising and visual display
  • Ability to flex and assist with operational / Sales Floor tasks based on the needs of the business.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar position or higher: preferably with a luxury Jewelry or timepiece brand

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is 80,000 through 100,000.
  • Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
  • Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
