- Pape-Dawson is currently seeking a Project Surveyor - Professional Land Surveyor for our Statesboro, GA office.
- Supervise, coordinate, and review activities and deliverables of field and office staff assigned to land surveying projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineering staff and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage and schedule individual projects to ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control reviews of drawings and legal descriptions prepared by others.
- The Project Surveyor - Professional Land Surveyor leads and manages land surveying projects while providing guidance and support to Land Survey staff.
- This position is ideal for newly licensed surveyors looking to develop their expertise and grow in the profession.
Requirements
- 0-4 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Surveyor.
- Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys for design, and construction staking.
- Dependable and reliable with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
- Perform calculations and prepare field packages as required.
