About the role
- Mungo Homes has an opening for a Warranty Service Manager in the Wilmington, NC market!
- This position is responsible for the on-site review and repair of warranted residential construction.
- In addition, this position assists with the administration of warranty orders by processing and closing tickets, reviewing reports, and following up on tickets as necessary to assure timely completion.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates project costs and maintains budgets.
- Closes out orders in the computer to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain clean, well-organized work area.
- (performs other duties as assigned)
Requirements
- Completes all inspections required paperwork, including scheduling and payment approvals.
- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- and two or more years related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Apple iPad
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn KOVA software
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid state driver's license in good standing.
- Minimum state required automobile insurance.
