About the role

The ideal candidate is committed to the student-athlete experience and capable of balancing competitive excellence with academic priorities.
Assist in the planning and implementation of practice sessions and training programs, focusing on technical and tactical development.
Scout opponents and prepare game plans, including video breakdown and analysis.

The Men's and Women's Water Polo Assistant Coach will support the head coach and associate head coach in all aspects of leading a nationally competitive Division III program.
Support in-game decision making, strategy, and adjustments.
Manage team operations such as equipment, travel logistics, and communication.

Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
Must be available for evening and weekend commitments, as well as travel during the season.

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Previous collegiate playing or coaching experience in water polo strongly preferred.
