- Note on Location & Structure: This is a contract role based out of Austin, Texas, with a hybrid schedule requiring you to be on-site 3 days per week.

- Work closely with the team to piece together seemingly disparate data sources, build out robust data pipelines, and create highly interactive, intuitive dashboards.

Requirements

- Complete proficiency in Jira (owning the full ticket lifecycle) and native fluency in Agile/Scrum environments (ceremonies, backlog hygiene, sprint management).
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
- Workflow: Complete proficiency in Jira (owning the full ticket lifecycle) and native fluency in Agile/Scrum environments (ceremonies, backlog hygiene, sprint management).
- Sharp Communicator: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
- The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company's then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
Nice to have
- Advanced SQL is required
- scripting knowledge in Python/Shell is highly preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics consultant role, ideally within a fast-paced agency or global client-facing environment.
- Core Tech: Advanced SQL is required

Compensation
- $90,000 - $120,000 USD
- The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
