Responsibilities
- Work from home in a fast-paced call c enter to drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience.
- Ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate's support
Requirements
- Candidates must be actively enrolled in a 4-year college, 2-year community college, and or technical program during the full duration of the trainee program.
- Sales Representatives are required to obtain and maintain all required resident and non-resident Producer licenses necessary to sell insurance products in any state designated by Allstate.
- This includes obtaining non-resident Producer licenses in all states as required for the role.
- When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating.

Compensation
- $18/hour + incentive
- This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, salary administration, promotion, job assignment, benefits, discipline, and separation of employment.
