About the role
- The Specialist, Logistics, specializes in freight payment, claims and complaints, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- You will be responsible for efficiently managing freight, claims, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring accurate and timely freight payment processing.
- will include periodic reporting and timely, accurate generation of ad hoc reports as requested by the business.
Responsibilities
- Gather necessary documentation, including shipment details, receipts, and photographs, to support claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and their outcomes.
- Investigate the root causes of complaints and collaborate with internal departments to identify corrective actions.
