About the role
- This position will be responsible for preforming all data entry for the order processing and tracking of all spares purchase orders as well as providing daily status updates on all open purchase orders.Duties and responsibilities
- Receive purchase orders and enter all data into spreadsheets
- Open sales orders for all purchase orders received in NAV
Responsibilities
- Run and maintain all site supply chain delivery reports and support root cause analysis for variances to target.
- Support regulatory requirements (e.g. REACH paperwork) to ensure smooth product flow from supplier to customer
- Expedite customer backorders to reduce delays in deliver as much as possible
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
- Minimum 1 years business experience in a Procurement / Sourcing /engineering position.
- Familiarity with DRP systems
- Ability to work in an organized manner, follow standard operating procedures and consistently meet deadlines.
- Support customer channels group (CCG) customer service by responding appropriately to requests as required.
- Input master data modifications as required.
