About the role
- You will engineer solutions to challenging and meaningful problems, with the ultimate goal of expanding and enhancing the solutions suite.
- You should possess solid software development and programming skills, have a sound understanding of engineering best practices and have learned to be proficient with the latest AI workflows and tools.
- The base salary pay for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- You will participate in all the design meetings and agile ceremonies that you and the team conduct.
- Be able to apply your system design experience to drive rapid development using LLM based workflows.

Requirements
- Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, since you will be working with sales and support teams as well as 3rd party API development teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience working on a multi-tiered application infrastructure that can design, develop and deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with the following:.Net, Java or Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, SASS, HTML, Angular, Snaplogic, Kafka and Node.js.
- Hands on coding experience with AI tooling such as Codex, Windsurf or Claude Code.
- Deep understanding of Agile development best practices such as TDD and continuous delivery, and experience with cybersecurity best practices for application development.
Compensation
- The base salary pay for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 per year.
