About the role
- We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel growth across healthcare providers, medical billing companies, and pharmacy hubs.
- You'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion-identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, and setting up high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
- This role is in person in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools
Requirements
- 1-4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
Compensation
- Competitive base salary + commission + equity
Benefits
- $60,000 - $70,000 + Equity & Benefits (OTE $104,000 - $125,000)
- Strong interest in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or AI
