Coordinate support organization efforts to minimize production interruptions.
We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion.
This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of equipment maintenance, equipment installations, projects, and any other support needed to ensure production operations stay running.

Associate degree and/or 10 years' experience performing machine maintenance practices relevant to Blue Origin's manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 4 years in a leadership position supervising 10+ technicians.
Experience monitoring, tracking and continually improving KPI metrics.
Experience with applying lean manufacturing principles, efficiency methods required.
Proven ability to read and interpret controlled documentation and processes such as: mechanical and electrical drawings, GD&T, schematics, engineering drawings, and parts lists.
Proficient with computers, the ability to use MS Office, shop floor management software (ERP) and related programs.
Must be willing to work the following shifts as needed
Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs. unassisted, stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces.
Understanding of preventative maintenance programs, including mechanical and electrical components, troubleshooting methods, and TPM methodology.
Lean manufacturing training and experience.
Able to adapt to constant changing work assignments and fast paced work environment.
Day shift, Night shift, and Weekends
Able to travel for short and extended trips as needed. Up to 10% travel

Enforce area standards and operational rules (includes annual reviews, regular mentoring and disciplinary action).
