About the role
- We have minimal staff turnover and prefer to promote from within the firm.
- We currently have an actuarial department, ERISA attorneys, paralegals, administrators, trust accountants and a separate distribution department to interact with participants.
Requirements
- 2 years (Required)
- Experience with recordkeeping, spreadsheet and word processing applications - Strong accounting skills - ASPPA and/or CEBS designations are a plus - ASC record-keeping software experience will be considered a strong plus
- A candidate with two or more years of experience can expect an offer of $55,000 to $70,000.
Nice to have
- The candidate should be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with at least two years of experience in administration, testing, and reporting for balance forward and daily valuation defined contribution plans.
- Experience converting plan assets between providers is considered highly desirable.
- ASC: 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience with trust accounting and asset reconciliation is preferred
Compensation
