- 166 Units | New Construction | Oakland, CA ArtHaus is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the lease-up and operations of ArtHaus 820, a newly built 166-unit community.
Requirements
- 3 years (Required)
- Community Manager - Lease-Up & Affordable Housing Experience REQUIRED PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND LEASE-UP OPERATIONS.
- This role REQUIRES strong lease-up execution and hands-on experience with affordable housing compliance, including LIHTC and CTCAC programs.
