About the role
- Help coordinate and assist with department meetings along with training and development of team members.

Responsibilities
- Manage department email box and distribute items to team members for processing and handle complex requests.
- Prepare and/or maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation within area of responsibility. Help coordinate and assist with department meetings along with training and development of team members.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via email while documenting requests
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Excels at proofreading, spotting inconsistencies and proactively resolving discrepancies
- Comfortable navigating, entering data, creating basic charts and using formulas in excel

Compensation
- The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.20-$26.45, along with eligibility to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
