About the role

Help coordinate and assist with department meetings along with training and development of team members.

Manage department email box and distribute items to team members for processing and handle complex requests.
Prepare and/or maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation within area of responsibility. Help coordinate and assist with department meetings along with training and development of team members.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via email while documenting requests
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Excels at proofreading, spotting inconsistencies and proactively resolving discrepancies
Comfortable navigating, entering data, creating basic charts and using formulas in excel

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.20-$26.45, along with eligibility to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
