  • As a Content Lawyer (Corporate and Private M&A):

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage relationships with legal practitioners and firms across Canada
  • Work within a cross-functional team to execute on content and product development strategies and deliver high-quality content within timelines
  • Support sales and marketing efforts via product demonstrations, trainings and other initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with key LexisNexis stakeholders within Canada, the US and the UK

Requirements

  • 3+ years of practice experience in Corporate and Private M&A
  • Deep knowledge of Corporate and Private M&A law and workflow
  • Strong, practical writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Experience drafting or editing client materials, law journals, CLE presentations or other legal content

  • Canada - Toronto (Sheppard Ave) $96,100 - $146,100 (CAD).
  • Base Pay Range in Ontario: $86,400 - $144,000 (CAD).This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.This posting is for an existing vacancy.
