- Participates in activities related to risk selection/rejection, pricing, retention, growth, and profitability per divisional objectives.
- Learns to assess risk quality and compliance within company guidelines and to initiate appropriate loss prevention actions.
- Learns to interpret, explain, and market products and services.
- Learns to apply underwriting rules and guidelines, rating manual rules, and insurance laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or a related discipline, ideally with an environmental focus.
- 0-2 years of insurance or environmental consulting experience is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills and must be good with technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
