Responsibilities

  • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: data entry; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; reading; visual inspection.

Requirements

  • Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, and copiers.
  • Must be able to occasionally perform work on computer and keyboard, when necessary.
  • Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
  • Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
  • Heavy lifting is required.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to: stand and walk on concrete or hard surfaces
  • The employee is frequently required to: use arms, shoulders, abdominal and lower back muscles to support bending, squatting, twisting, lifting, and reaching at waist level, above shoulder level, or below waist level

Skills

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in sales analytics and reporting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth understanding of retail sales strategies and best practices.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and product merchandising.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and techniques.
  • Awareness of current market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage and optimize product categories effectively.

Compensation

  • $50k-$55k
