Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to set expectations and develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hires
- Collaborate across VaynerX's Talent team to support process improvements and share knowledge
- Create innovative programs, events, and campaigns to generate awareness and build candidate pipelines that align with recruitment goals
- Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs
- Manage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure that every candidate experience is thoughtful, kind, and a clear representation of what it's like to work at VaynerX
Skills
- 7 years experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience designing and transforming processes and programs that align with company values
- Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and other workforce systems
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
