Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and contract closeout.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to project staff, construction managers, inspectors, and technical professionals.
- Ensure construction activities are delivered in accordance with approved design documents, contract requirements, project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with design teams to resolve technical issues and support constructability reviews throughout project delivery.
- Support business development activities, including client relationship management, proposal preparation, and pursuit planning.
- Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, invoicing, profitability, and resource planning.
Requirements

Nice to have
- 15+ years experience is ideal
- Experience delivering major municipal, provincial, or transportation infrastructure construction projects in a consulting or owner's representative environment.
- Experience administering construction contracts for MTO, municipal, or other public-sector transportation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management, contract administration, scheduling, cost control, quality management, and risk management principles.
- Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and P3 project delivery models.
- Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary project teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial management experience, including project forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and profitability management.
