About the role

Code Quality and Review: Improve code quality through unit testing, automation, and conducting code reviews.
Innovation and Problem Solving: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for technology, algorithms, and product enhancements.
Foster open communication and collaboration within the engineering team.

Embrace test-driven development principles and maintain code quality.
Create and optimize services and system architectures for projects, providing feedback to the team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Back-End Software Engineers, Project Managers, and System Administrators.
Dive into challenging problems and deliver effective solutions within specified timelines.
Work closely with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, translate them into use cases, and develop pragmatic technical solutions.
Implement security measures and data protection protocols within applications.
Ensure adherence to fundamental design principles for building scalable and secure applications.

5+ years of experience in.Net development stack, including.Net Core, C#, and Web API, or equivalent expertise.
Bachelor's Degree or work-related experience
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Proficiency in RDBMS, with skills in MS SQL Server and Amazon Aurora.
Familiarity with source code control/versioning tools such as TFS and Git.
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
