Job Description: Duties & Responsibilities: - Participate in the recruitment process, both virtually and in-person.
Analyze visits and compose written reports. - Reads and evaluates first-year and transfer admission applications submitted by prospective students from a regional territory in order to assess the students' match with Barnard.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Under the direction of the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Officer(s) will work closely with the admissions leadership team to execute strategies that support application growth and enrollment of talented and qualified students to Barnard.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively to complete projects from start to finish while maintaining effective communication
B.A. degree from a liberal arts college
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license

Strong attention to detail and expertise in handling confidential data with a commitment to data integrity
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting college access initiatives.
Strong interest in the admissions landscape and an interest in higher education issues.
Willingness and ability to work weekends and extended hours, at various times of the year and travel for up to two weeks at a time.

$66,300 - $67,000 annually
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
