About the role
- The Training Specialist II serves two of our key functional areas, Marketing & Engineering.
- This may include onboarding, early through advanced in career, technical and job-specific training.
Responsibilities
- Support training leads on critical training programs for engineering and marketing
- Supports training lead in design, development and execution of training solutions through partnering with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) across various functions
- Partner with T&D Shared Services to track and evaluate programs and courses
- Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.

Skills
- Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required.
- Complexity & Problem Solving
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Applies learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
- Collaboration & Interaction
- 1-3 years' experience in training, business, or relevant experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Upskill our workforce of the future with new knowledge and skills to keep pushing the business forward
- Knowledge & Application
- Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using a content management system (i.e. CRM, Wrike, Learning Management System)
