About the role
- This is a senior individual contributor role on a small IT team, supporting a broad and varied technology environment across SOLV4EXand Discover Energy Systems.

Responsibilities
- Together, we sell, manufacture, and support batteries and battery storage systems for industries including automotive, renewable energy, telecommunications, and industrial power.
- The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint security, SaaS platforms, user support, and general troubleshooting.
- End User Support & IT Operations
- Support Microsoft 365 and other collaboration platforms used across the organization.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on IT operations or systems administration experience, ideally in a multi-site or distributed organization.
- we value what you can do over credentials alone.
- Candidates must be located in Calgary.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft cloud identity, endpoint management, and device deployment tools.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation to streamline administrative tasks.
- Exposure to Linux server administration.
- Experience supporting physical security systems, phone systems, or other business infrastructure platforms.
- Familiarity with project, ticketing, documentation, or collaboration tools.
Skills
- This includes supporting firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, monitoring tools, email security, and related infrastructure.
