Responsibilities
- Leveraging advanced knowledge and expertise in cyber and risk technology-risk disciplines, you will identify, oversee, and support the mitigation of compliance and operational risks.
- You will collaborate with various business, risk and 1st line technology stakeholders across RGA to develop and maintain a comprehensive view of the cyber and technology risk posture and its impact on the business.
- Leads the implementation of globally aligned Enterprise IT Risk Management framework standards and policies across the organization.
- Regularly engages with risk owners globally to challenge and validate risk assessments and risk treatment decisions.

Compensation
- $115,700.00 - $144,650.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
- In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
