Responsibilities
- Build and own quantitative models that go into production, not into decks
- Develop new indices and research problems across the exchange
- You'll own problems end to end, ship models into production, and work directly with engineering, product, and trading.

Nice to have
- Strong math, stats, and quant finance background
- Comfortable with derivatives
- familiarity with risk and VaR preferred
- Hands-on with Python, statistics, and ML models
- Strong quantitative degree from a leading university
- 2+ years of experience
Compensation
- $150,000 to $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
- This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role.
- Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
