Responsibilities

  • Design and architect solutions from simple to complex, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging Professional Services when needed.
  • Deliver impactful product and technical training to Account Managers, distributors, and partners, while supporting trade shows and seminars to showcase data center solutions and integrated power ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships, owning all technical aspects of opportunities and serving as a trusted advisor to key enterprise accounts.
  • Leverage CRM tools to provide clear updates, align teams, and actively drive opportunities forward.
  • Translate complex customer challenges into clear, effective technical solutions that deliver real business value.
  • Sales Expertise: Experience working in sales or sales support role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Panduit or competitor product.
  • Ability to travel, sometimes at short notice, 50% of the time.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $155,000.
  • This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan.
