The team you will be a part of The Electrical Engineering team designs, develops or coordinates development of components, small systems, quality systems, processes or materials.
They will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that Whirlpool delivers World Class Quality appliances to customers.
Document and upkeep of the comprehensive test process for engineers to follow to ensure best practices, stakeholder involvement and all deliverables are met.
Supports day-to-day operations by providing technical expertise in manufacturing based testing processes.

Provides input into new equipment acquisition projects to ensure all testing equipment is consistent and capable of required functionality.

Two-Week Work from Anywhere - Minimum of one-week increments for a total of two weeks per year.

Provides Testing Engineer coverage for Marion, OH Operations and across any category to ensure timely project delivery during high demand periods or extended absences (sabbatical, paternity leave, sick leave, etc).
