Responsibilities
- Work with implementation team to deliver to customer expectations.
- Thoroughly document and communicate all project risks to project team.
- Software Review and Testing - Perform QA to ensure thorough unit/system testing before hand-off for acceptance testing. Includes development and execution of test plans/cases.
- Support - Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
- Partnership - Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- The Senior HRIS Business Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, IT, and business leaders to improve processes, optimize technology solutions, and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead analyst role.
- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) - hands-on configuration, support, and process optimization across HRIS modules
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). experience supporting, configuring, or optimizing recruiting workflows with a modern ATS like Greenhouse or similar
- Basic Qualifications:
- Led cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact.

- SDLC Project Management - Have knowledge of the software development process from requirements through delivery to production.
- Software Analysis - Define requirements and evaluate existing functionality details to understand current system and future needs.
- Recognize and recommend to the business areas where efficiencies can be gained by altering the process or automating the process.
- Includes development and execution of test plans/cases.
- Produce user/operational documentation for the system as well as release notes.
- Change Management - Ensure project compliance to e Plus Change Management process.
- Review and plan upcoming releases, communicate to the business.
- Communication - Ensure all stakeholders are communicated with in a timely and consistent manner.
