About the role
- This role sits within the owner's representative construction management team and is focused on field execution, installation oversight, and delivery of water and wastewater systems supporting mission critical facilities.
- This is a full-time, long-term position with continuity across multiple projects.
- The Wastewater Construction Manager is responsible for on-site construction execution and coordination of wastewater and water infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, and sequencing to maintain schedule
- Perform regular site walkdowns to verify installation quality and identify issues early
- Drive execution of RFIs, submittals, and field clarifications
- Support QA/QC including inspections, testing, and punchlist management
- Partner with commissioning teams for startup, flushing, testing, and turnover
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and report field issues

Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of construction management or field supervision experience in:
- Experience with process piping, utility systems, or industrial infrastructure
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments
- Working knowledge of water and wastewater codes and standards
- Proficiency with construction documentation and reporting tools
- Experience in an owner's representative environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
