Success in this role requires a highly organized operator who can manage multiple workflows simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with creative and platform stakeholders.

1+ year of experience in a project management, operations, marketing, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work in a scrappy, fast-moving startup environment with a high level of ownership.
Interest in or knowledge of digital music platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, and Apple Music.
Ability to analyze data, track performance, and derive actionable insights.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.

Experience with pipeline management, stakeholder coordination, or cross-functional project execution is highly preferred.
Familiarity with coding, automation, or AI tools (e.g., Claude) is a plus.
Experience in music, content, or audience growth is a plus.

Identify and prioritize tracks with growth potential based on a strong understanding of music trends, genres, and platform dynamics.
