- EUR/ACE works closely with the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) and other bureaus and agencies to coordinate assistance, ensuring that programming is cohesive, strategically aligned, and responsive to regional needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training to partners and staff on MEL approaches, tools, and best practices
- Lead capacity building efforts to strengthen partner MEL systems and capabilities
- Support implementation of MEL processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be eligible for a Secret clearance

- Prior regional experience
- Prior USG experience
