About the role

  • POSITION PURPOSE: This candidate will play a key role in supporting the Presidents and Co-Heads of the Global Client Group, in defining and executing the strategic vision for the firm's institutional and private wealth business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the firm's Global Client platforms.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Executive Support: Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance, marketing) and external partners to support business objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management and analytical skills to help drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance the firm's wealth platforms globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ Years Required
  • Relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, private markets, investment banking, or asset/wealth management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global wealth management strategies and structures is a plus.

Compensation

  • Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget.
