The Program Manager is empowered to make day‑to‑day decisions on behalf of the contractor and is responsible for ensuring all services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all contract requirements.
Manage staffing, performance, and resource allocation to meet mission needs.
Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain full compliance with contract terms, policies, and performance standards.
NPS Extended Campus Support Services
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for contractor performance under the NPS Extended Campus Support Services Task Order.
The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication skills, proven experience managing complex programs, and the ability to collaborate effectively with government stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of program management experience in an environment comparable to the scope and complexity described in the PWS.
BA/BS degree in administrative, management, communications, or a related business discipline.
Must be fully empowered by the contractor to make operational decisions.
