About the role
- Work hands-on with enterprise data sources, including Workday and Azure-based data lakes powered by Databricks, writing Python across notebooks, scripts, and full web application stacks.
- Operate with full team oversight and career management from your direct DART team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Join an embedded technical team sitting at the heart of Booz Allen's corporate People Services organization, working directly in support of the company's Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Integrate large language model capabilities into applied workflows, moving beyond experimentation to build AI features that solve genuine workforce challenges.

Compensation
- The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
- The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
