Responsibilities
- Our cutting-edge SaaS solutions empower revenue leaders globally to design smarter go-to-market strategies, maximize seller performance, and unlock untapped potential.
- Lead the development of a larger feature or service that is critical to the Incentives Management application.
Requirements
- Demonstrate improved troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop a strong understanding of the application's core architecture and troubleshoot reported defects with minimal assistance.
Skills
- 7+ years of software development experience, with a focus on data-intensive applications.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., C#, Java, or C++).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and Redshift.
- Understanding of ELT/ETL processes and the challenges associated with handling large-scale datasets.
- B2-level English proficiency or higher is required.

- Complete well-defined tasks and bug fixes while demonstrating the ability to write high-quality code.

- Take ownership of more complex assignments, including implementing new features and modules.
Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this role is C$ 121,200.00 - C$ 159,000.00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our variable compensation program.
