About the role
- The Branch Manager will oversee a combination of sales and operational responsibilities at the Branch.
- The Branch Manager will have full accountability for branch financial management and profitability including revenue generation, expense control, and margin optimization.

Responsibilities

- As a strategic business leader, the Branch Manager will create and execute plans that drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and expand market presence.
- This role is to effectively manage the development of the team to support the growth of revenue, technical productivity and promote high quality customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and implement optimization actions as needed.
- Collaborate with product development, market research, advertising, public relations, and sales departments to develop integrated positioning strategies to ensure maximum brand exposure for the company.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and high-value prospects.
- Manage branch hiring, training, and ongoing career development of new employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressively responsible management experience with demonstrated P&L accountability.
- Proven track record of sales success with experience managing sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Industry experience in distribution, automotive, or related sectors is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Proficiency with business software including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.

- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
