Responsibilities
- Maintain a dynamic view of the investment pipeline, flexing resources in real time as priorities evolve.
- Lead and continuously enhance the Investment Analyst Program to ensure it remains a premier early-career development platform.
- Expand rotations, cross-functional projects, and market-facing experiences to build stronger business acumen and leadership capability.
- Partner with investment leaders to develop and standardize analytical frameworks, tools, and best practices that support investment decision-making.
- Support deal activity and strategic initiatives as needed from a regional or global perspective.
- Recruit and hire top analyst talent, partnering with Talent Acquisition to build a high-performing pipeline and deepen relationships with leading universities and other early-talent incubators.
- Building Blocks for Success
Nice to have
- Experience leading analyst, associate, rotational, leadership development, or early-career programs in a corporate, consulting, financial services or real estate environment.
- Experience in real estate, investment management, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or related industries.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, underwriting, Excel, ARGUS, or other analytical and AI-enabled tools used in investment decision-making.
- Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
- Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.
Compensation
- Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI (Long Term Incentives) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- $155,000 - $213,000.
- Our 401(k) retirement plan has a company match of 50% up to 12% of eligible compensation.
