About the role
- Operational Execution Ownership of the operational service delivery to ensure contractual obligations are being met for the assigned shifts and teams.
- Conduct pre-operation and post-operation briefings to discuss daily plans with the team, addressing any questions, plans for contingencies, and discuss lessons learned.
- Executive development plans to help team members improve technical skills and achieve strong performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintains consistent, efficient processes to deliver seamless support to all team members
Requirements
- Must be able to work SJC shifts five days a week (the number of days may vary depending on the flight schedule).
