About the role
- We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and client-focused Implementation Consultant to join our growing Customer Success team at AlphaSense.
- Strong sense of seeing a project through completion and managing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Own the entirety of the deployment phase, including the development of detailed project plans, defining critical milestones, and proactively mitigating risks to ensure a successful deployment
- Actively identify areas for improvement in our existing deployment methodologies, develop and document best practices and standardized playbooks, and implement scalable solutions to ensure a smoother, faster onboarding experience for all future clients
- With market intelligence and search built on proven AI, AlphaSense delivers insights that matter from content you can trust.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with change management best practices, ensuring a successful transition for client organizations after deployment
- Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce) for tracking deployments and client information is a must
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)
Compensation
- In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
- $100,000 - $125,000 USD
