About the role

Pivotal is the leader in the emerging market of electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
Last year we announced our next-generation aircraft, the Helix, which is rapidly progressing toward general release and scalable production in 2026.

Negotiation and contracts - Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers and manage the resulting contracts.
Cost management - Implement cost-control strategies, analyze costs, and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
Supplier relationship management - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable performance and manage any issues that arise.
Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams like design, production, and project management to align procurement activities with project needs and timelines.
Process management - Manage the purchasing process, including tracking purchase orders, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
We design, develop, and manufacture light eVTOL aircraft and are renowned for the BlackFly aircraft the world's first light eVTOL to fly manned missions and enter the consumer market.
Efficient, compact, and simple, Pivotal aircraft are designed for a wide range of consumer, public service, and defense applications.
Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers and manage the resulting contracts.
Implement cost-control strategies, analyze costs, and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.

5+ years of experience in procurement or related field.
Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency with procurement software and tools.

Experience with Epicor ERP system
Familiarity with "3DX" more commonly known as Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform
Familiarity with quality standards like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or AS9100.
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
