Responsibilities
- Support the holistic development of student-athletes through mentorship in personal growth, academic success, and life skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least three (3) years of experience playing and/or coaching basketball.
- Evening and weekend work required.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Experience recruiting student-athletes.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge and adherence to the MIAC Code of Ethics.
- Ability to follow MIAC and NCAA Division III guidelines and regulations, while exhibiting behavior that represents a positive image of the athletic program and the University.
- Integrity and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
Compensation
- $42k-$49k
