About the role

  • Evaluates, prices, and selects profitable reinsurance business that aligns with COUNTRY's overall reinsurance strategy.
  • Assesses cedent quality and exposure accumulations, while maintaining disciplined underwriting standards.
  • Evaluates cedent submissions, exposure data, modeling results, and historical losses to assess risk quality and determine appropriate terms, conditions, and coverage structures.

Responsibilities

  • Partners cross‑functionally with various internal stakeholders to validate assumptions, refine pricing, clarify contract wording, and support deal execution.
  • We build relationships and work together to create a stronger, more secure future for our clients and our communities.

Requirements

  • Up to 20% travel required in this position.

Compensation

  • The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
  • Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
  • $113,200-$155,650
  • Incentive Pay:
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
