- The Mental Health Practitioner provides trauma informed treatment interventions that integrate clinical and psychiatric rehabilitation strategies.
Responsibilities

- Team members stay in close contact with clients to help them recover and to respond quickly with more services and supports if circumstances change.
- Work with the team to provide ACT services for clients, assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the client and the treatment team.
- Take the lead in assessing, planning and treating substance abuse for assigned clients both individually and in groups.
- Perform shift management duties according to established policies and procedures.
- Participate actively in on-going professional growth and development; maintain appropriate professional behavior and participate in appropriate supervision.
- Maintain a pattern of regular work hours.
Requirements
- Will assist clients with making and keeping appointments and any other tasks that are required through the client's recovery process.
- Attend commitment and other court hearings as required.
- Complete required court reports.
- File reports with Vulnerable Adult, Child Protection, the Ombudsman's Office, and other mandated/required reports when applicable.

- $59,773 - $65,243 | Office
