Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management Program across the Quebec region.
- Support pursuits, project start-up activities, and early-stage project planning by identifying quality requirements, risks, obligations, and execution considerations.
- Support project teams throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
- Monitor and drive action on quality performance indicators, audit findings, non-conformances, deficiencies, and corrective action plans.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Quality staff Managers across the region.
