About the role
- POSITION SUMMARY The Echocardiogram Technologist (PRN) uses high-frequency sound waves (ultrasound) and other noninvasive echocardiography testing equipment to produce diagnostic images.
- This role ensures patient safety and confidentiality, follows established clinical protocols, and upholds Sage Health policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Perform echocardiograms, positioning patients and equipment appropriately Manage patient expectations and provide exam explanations Maintain and calibrate equipment for diagnostic accuracy Record and interpret measurements, comparing results to clinical norms Ensure safety, confidentiality, and documentation accuracy Travel to centers within the market as needed (car allowance provided)
- Because we are not a fee-for-service provider and manage patients within a global capitation budget provided by Medicare Advantage plans, our only concern and motivation is to keep our seniors healthy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Must be willing to travel to centers within the market.
- Certification Basic Life Support Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Must be organized and attentive to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- $75k-$100k

- ARDMS registered in Adult Echocardiography (RDCS) or CCI Echocardiography (RCS) Experience working with an electronic health record.
- 3-5 years' experience working in a hospital or other medical facility.
