- Our company has a hybrid work model and the work week will consist of days working in the office and days working from home.
Responsibilities
- Litigation and Claims: Managing litigation and claims, including drafting of pleadings, drafting of discovery requests and responses, overseeing document production, and managing outside counsel
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of the bar in your state of residence
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10-15 days per year)

- Preference is given to candidates who reside within commuting distance of Cedar Rapids or King of Prussia.
- Advising on intellectual property matters, including protecting the Company's copyright and trademark rights; advising on licensing and use of third-party intellectual property; and responding to inquiries relating to copyright and trademark issues
