Work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work, depending on the nature of the role and business needs.

Perform manufacturing operations related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final system assemblies.
Perform testing and troubleshooting related to the manufacturing process.
Determine or assist in developing methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and/or diagrams to control or modify the manufacturing process.
Provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel and may lead or supervise activities within a team lead function.

High School Diploma or equivalent required (e.g GED)
0-5 years of relevant experience.
Some electrical and mechanical skills.
Strong computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc).
Cable assembly experience (crimping, soldering, etc) is a plus.
Ability to read mechanical part/assembly drawings as well as pneumatic schematics is a plus.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams is a plus.
Machine shop experience is a plus.

Base Salary Range: $28.95 USD to $39.18 USD
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
