About the role

  • Provides high quality installations, and prompt corrective and preventative maintenance on client hardware sold and supported by CDK

Responsibilities

  • Perform Daily functions using WFM device to update service and installation cases. (95-100%)
  • AV Loads *Use of diagnostic tools *PC Upgrades *SIA Loads *Drive Loads *Drive Loads
  • Hardware Installation (85-95% Competency) *Presite Procedures *Design Procedures *Hardware Install *Hardware Relocation *Quality Procedures *Client interfacing *Install Certification
  • Snapon Support (95-100% Competency) *Loading procedures *Licensing *Workstation Setup *SLA
  • PC (85-95% Competency) *Diagnostics *Component replacement *Operating System or System Image *BIOS & Configuration *Virus Protection - AV Loads *Use of diagnostic tools *PC Upgrades *SIA Loads *Drive Loads *Drive Loads

Requirements

  • Technical Skills required to perform essential functions
  • Drivers License is required
  • 100% travel is required for this role, which may also require work after 5:00 PM, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs to support the responsibilities of the role.

Nice to have

  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience, Industry Standard PC & Network Certifications
  • Familiarity with CDK's org structure, solutions, implementation and service models
  • SaaS experience preferred but not required
  • Some automotive knowledge (Areas of the dealership and Dealer workflows)
  • Hourly Compensation Range: $32.00/hour - $39.00/hour
