About the role

This person should be comfortable troubleshooting complex systems, writing scripts and tools, supporting developers, responding to incidents, and working with cross-functional teams.
Operate and improve GPU Platform, including model-serving infrastructure, API reliability, usage monitoring, resource management and platform troubleshooting.

This role will help maintain the reliability, scalability, and usability of internally hosted platforms, including CI/CD services, AI/LLM services, GPU compute infrastructure, and Kubernetes-based application hosting.
Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and improve platform reliability.
Own and support CI/CD platform operations, including build/deploy pipelines, automation, release workflows, and developer support
Work directly with factory engineers, citizen developers, HQ/Taylor counterparts, and internal platform users to support adoption, resolve issues, and improve platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD, monitoring, automation, containerized applications, and maintaining a large platform.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker/containerized applications, Linux systems, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Skills and Qualifications

Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.

The current base salary range for this role is between $76,000 - $145,000.
Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
