Responsibilities

Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care

Requirements

At least 2 years of primary care experience required as an advanced practitioner.
Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Florida
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care

Compensation

PTO cash outs - Option to cash out up to 40 accrued hours per year

Benefits

Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Anticipated average of 8-20 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs
Seeing patients primarily in our Coconut Grove Office, but anchored to a total of 2-3 Miami locations.
Candidates must be open to work at multiple locations.

Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Family, ages 0+
